DRY NEEDLING

099A3654.jpg

Dry needling is the use of thin monofilament needles to release trigger points and stimulate neuromuscular and cellular level changes in our muscles resulting in pain relief and improved movement and function.

UNDERSTANDING TRIGGER POINTS

Do you ever feel like you have a knot in your muscle that hurts and you just can't seem to get it to go away with foam rolling, massage, stretching, or the use of a theragun? That's a trigger point that can cause local and referred pain and altered movement.

Dry needling goes straight to the source and releases that knot so that you can feel better faster!
