GEORGINA
Founder & Senior Physiotherapist, Women's Health Physio
Georgina’s passion lies in women’s and pelvic health, where she works closely with women across the lifespan. She supports women through pregnancy, the postnatal period, return to exercise, pelvic pain, and bladder and bowel health. Georgina understands the importance of a holistic, empowering approach and has completed three postgraduate Graduate Certificates in Women’s Health and Exercise, Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy, and Pelvic Organ Prolapse Management. Georgina also has broad experience in both public and private practice across inpatient maternity, acute medical and rehabilitation. While she is skilled in treating musculoskeletal, paediatric and NDIS presentations, her focus is now centred on women’s and pelvic health. Outside of physiotherapy, Georgina enjoys camping with friends, walking Alby (her dog) at the beach, and catching an East Point sunset

JACOB
Founder & Senior Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist
Jacob is an experienced physiotherapist and Darwin local who holds a Bachelor of Exercise and Health Science, a Masters of Physiotherapy and a Masters of Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy. He uses a proactive and collaborative approach with his patients and has a keen interest in treating musculoskeletal conditions, sporting injuries as well as pre/post-surgical and orthopaedic rehabilitation. Jacob utilises a hands-on methodology; incorporating trigger point therapy, mobilisation of stiff joints, joint manipulation, soft tissue release and dry needling/acupuncture. Jacob will work with you on prevention strategies, strength and conditioning exercises and can provide individually targeted gym programmes for you. Outside physiotherapy, Jacob’s interests include enjoying everything the Territory has to offer outdoors especially spearfishing, camping and hiking.

TYLA
Physiotherapist
Tyla completed a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science at Charles Darwin University and a Master of Physiotherapy at Flinders University in South Australia. She has since built extensive experience working in private practice and acute hospital settings throughout the Northern Territory and South Australia. Tyla works with a diverse range of clients, from athletes to individuals across all types of employment from tradespeople to office workers. She manages a broad spectrum of conditions, from acute injuries to complex chronic presentations. Her clinical experience spans multiple sports including AFL, netball, soccer, distance running, CrossFit and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. She has a particular interest in sporting injuries, lower back pain and post-surgical rehabilitation. Tyla has also developed a strong personal interest in treating runners, having completed her own marathon in 2024. Tyla is qualified in dry needling and uses a range of manual therapies alongside exercise and mobility exercises to treat her patients. Tyla takes a collaborative and goal-oriented approach to physiotherapy, tailoring treatment and rehabilitation programs to each individual’s needs, lifestyle and expectations. She is passionate about helping people return to what they enjoy; whether that’s sport, work, or simply moving better in everyday life. Outside of the clinic, Tyla enjoys making the most of the Top End lifestyle—spending her weekends fishing, exploring and staying active outdoors.

STACEY
Senior Physiotherapist/ Women's Health Physio
Stacey is an experienced physiotherapist who has completed a Master of Physiotherapy, a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science, and specialised training in Women’s Health Physiotherapy. Stacey has a broad range of experience, beginning her career in private practice and working with sporting clubs in the SANFL, NEAFL, and NTFL. After completing her women’s health training, Stacey became passionate about assisting pregnant and postpartum women. With her extensive training and diverse experiences, Stacey can help patients with a variety of musculoskeletal issues, sporting injuries, and women’s health concerns. She collaborates with you, employing a range of physiotherapy techniques, exercises, and personalised programs to help you achieve your goals. Stacey is a Darwin local and might be a familiar face! She also operates an online business called Postbump, dedicated to supporting postpartum women on their journeys. In her spare time, she enjoys staying active through running, Pilates, and strength training, as well as spending quality time with friends and family.

Rhiana
Senior Physiotherapist
Rhiana graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Charles Sturt University and has since developed a strong interest in sports and musculoskeletal physiotherapy. Having played competitive sports most of her life, she has always had a passion for helping athletes and individuals of all levels optimise their performance, treat and prevent injury through tailored rehabilitation programs, and utilise various manual therapy techniques. She has a particular interest in managing running-related injuries, biomechanics, and load management. Rhiana seeks to always provide a holistic approach to her patients' care by considering the big picture and understanding the impact injuries can have on more than just the physical system. She loves working collaboratively toward individual goals and empowering patients to adopt self-management strategies for long-term health while having fun along the way! Rhiana previously lived and worked in the Territory and has since returned after living abroad in Canada, where she enjoyed the mountain lifestyle, including snowboarding, trail running, and alpine hiking. She loves an active lifestyle, always seeking new challenges and adventures. Rhiana is passionate about running, footy, camping, socialising, and travel.

JAMES
Physiotherapist
James holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Australian Catholic University in Brisbane. His professional journey has seen him gain valuable physiotherapy experience in both hospital and private practice settings across Queensland and the Northern Territory. James has further honed his skills by contributing to the well-being of athletes in Rugby Union and Netball clubs in Brisbane. His focal areas of interest encompass the management of sporting injuries, pre/post-surgical rehabilitation, and addressing neurological conditions. Employing a collaborative and client centred approach, James tailors his treatments to align with the goals of each individual. He combines hands-on therapeutic techniques, targeted strengthening exercises, and personalised gym programs, all with a focus on prioritising the client's goals. Outside physiotherapy, James maintains an active lifestyle. Playing rugby union, outdoor and indoor netball at a representative level, and participating in CrossFit. His personal interests include camping, skiing, and watching cricket.

Eliza
Physiotherapist
Eliza graduated from the University of Newcastle in New South Wales with a degree in Physiotherapy in 2022. Growing up playing a variety of sports, she developed a passion for movement and helping people improve their health. Eliza enjoys working with people of all ages, supporting them through post-surgical rehabilitation, sporting injuries and general recovery. Her passion for physiotherapy is shaped by her own sporting journey. Having played netball at premier league level and returning to sport after an ACL injury. This gives her a unique insight into the physical and mental challenges of recovery, allowing her to guide clients with empathy, practical strategies and confidence. Eliza places a strong focus on exercise rehabilitation and injury prevention, helping clients improve their function, performance and overall wellbeing. Outside the clinic, Eliza plays AFL, enjoys the gym, catching up over coffee and spending quality time with friends and family. Her clinical interests include knee injuries, orthopaedic rehabilitation, sports injuries and Clinical Pilates.

Kristal
Physiotherapist
Kristal joins the team as a Physiotherapist after completing a Bachelor of Health Science and Master of Physiotherapy at Flinders University in South Australia. Kristal always knew she wanted to help people, and Physiotherapy became the perfect fit for her caring nature and active lifestyle. Kristal takes a holistic approach, addressing physical symptoms alongside lifestyle, well-being, and personal goals for effective, individualised care. She enjoys optimising athlete performance and recovery, managing sports injuries, neurological rehabilitation, and concussion care, always focused on helping people achieve their goals and return to what they love. Throughout her clinical development, Kristal gained extensive experience across a diverse range of settings including RDH Orthopaedics, Gove District Hospital, aged care, neurological subacute rehabilitation and musculoskeletal outpatients. These experiences strengthened her ability to adapt to varied clinical environments and work with patients across the lifespan with complex and multifaceted needs. Outside of the clinic, Kristal’s interests include playing basketball and footy for the Darwin Buffettes, being outdoors camping, fishing and swimming in waterfalls, spending time with family and friends, and travelling.

ALFIE
Chief Happiness Officer
Alfie is the official animal therapy dog at Darwin Health Group, here to make your day a whole lot brighter. Whether it's a wagging tail, a snuggle, or his goofy underbite, Alfie's mission is to keep everyone feeling happy. When he's not busy charming patients, you'll probably find him napping in the staff room, getting cuddles from the physios, or trying to convince them to share their food! IHZEL
Administration
Ihzel is dedicated to assisting you with any patient inquiries and creating a welcoming and positive experience on your journey to recovery. Ihzel holds a diploma in Business and is currently studying a Bachelor of Health Science/Master of Occupational Therapy at Charles Darwin University. She enjoys traveling and dancing. In her spare time, she loves to explore, try new activities and have delightful dinners with her friends and family.

XYRIE
Administration
Xyrie is currently studying a Diploma of Health Science at Charles Darwin University. She has a passion for painting with watercolour and enjoys listening to classical music. Traveling and exploring new cultures are interests of hers, as well as spending quality time with family and friends. Xyrie also find joy in watching both sunsets and sunrises.

Tyla
Administration
Originally from country South Australia, she made the move to Darwin and has embraced everything the Top End has to offer. As the team’s admin, she plays a key role in keeping operations organised and on track. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active with AFL and netball, soaking up the sun, camping, and exploring the NT. She also loves spending quality time with friends and family, and with her puppy Maple, never far from her side.
